Pathetic conduct

I have cancelled my TV licence 3 years ago. You keep sending me reminders via Revco debt collectors stating I owe money.

I owe nothing. You did not do your job in cancelling the TV licence.

I have emailed multiple times for a response.

Your conduct is pathetic.
