Paid twice for TV licence.

Last Friday I app**** for a TV licence online as I was going to buy a TV later that day. I paid the amount R265.00 online out of my bank account. Later in the morning my mother in law went to buy the TV for me and as the payment hadn't gone through yet she had to pay for it again.<br> On Monday I notified SABC TV that I required the money to be paid into my account. They now tell me that it takes SIX to EIGHT WEEKS to refund me my money. This is totally unacceptable. They want money from us straight away but can take however long they feel to return a clients money. PAY BACK THE MONEY !!!!!!
