Paid TV license up-to-date but receiving messages that is in arrears!

I am very much annoyed with sabc, it seems as if they not doing their job, I've been receiving messages from them stating that my TV license is in arrears of which I paid my license January 2020 at cash crusaders tsakane mall, I went to check with cash crusaders it shows that I've paid, but I received messages now and then from debt collectors and it gives me a bad credit record, sabc should just do their job please assist on this matter I am really fed up with this situation I can't even use my TV license of which I paid for it.. Thank you
