Paid TV license account handed over to MBD

I have paid my TV license at end August 2018,however I've been handed over to MBD for non payment. MBD staff are unprofessional. Sent proof of payment to relevant email address and followed up with the customer care. No response received to acknowledge my email and customer care put me on hold for 10 minutes. Such a mission to get this cleared!
