Outstanding Tv licence

<p>In 2013 I bought an Tv at Joshua Doore, they took out my TV licence for my. I were just divorced and started out freshly, things did not go according to plan, I ended up selling all my stuff, including my TV and moved back in with my parents. I do not own a TV anymore. The next year SABC sended me a sms for the licence renewal, I did inform them that Indo not own a TV anymore and followed all their requirements to prove it. I saw the matter as resolved and never received a reminder again. All of a sudden this year I received a reminder saying that Inown R1626. I am not going to pay this. I am still in a bad financial state, without income and in poor health, unable to work. Still living with my parents. Most defnitely not owning a TV. Please help me in this matter.</p>
