Now it makes sense why people DO NOT PAY Tv License

I normally pay my TV licence for 12 months in advance every year in November. last year November 2020, i could not make a payment due to having funds problems because of Covid . On the 18.02.2021 i made a yearly payment of R265 even though i only owed December 2020 and January 2021. On the 20.02.2021 i get an sms from Revco that i have been handed over to them for a payment if R318 (Firstly i never received a call from SABC to enquire with regards to the payment but they managed to hand me over) . I then contacted the SABC Tv licence to enquire, the consultant i spoke to assured me that he will take it up with the relevant team that was supposed to contact me before handing my account over and he confirmed that he could see the payment i made on the 18.02.2021. Thereafter i keep on getting smses from revenue consulting evryday saying my account is in arrears. I then decided to contact SABC yesterday 25.02.2021 with regards to these smses i keep getting. i spoke to Kagiso (Female) at 15h45pm, i politely explained my enquiry to her, she then started being rude and raising her voice towards me, she was totally out of line, as she was getting out of control, i then requested to talk to her manager or supervisor, she said she's not in and hung up on me. I then called SABC once again requesting to talk to her manager/supervisor Prudence Matolo , no one could put me through to her. For me to be paying TV Licence, i always take it that there are our fellow brothers and sisters who depend on this money for salaries but after the service i received from SABC for being one of the loyal customers, it has reflected to me why people do not pay TV License and if they don't look into this , they will loose even more clients.
