Non stop payment reminders

SABC TV License sends me email reminders to make payment each and every day, i paid in the outstanding amount on the 15/12/2017 and its like i made a mistake by paying because now they sending 2 emails a day reminding me to pay. i sent them proof of payment and asked them to update their system but instead they reply with yet another payment reminder..the service is diapointing.
