No way to pay Sabc Tv Licence

For the past 5 days I tried to log on to the SABC system to pay my licence, as I'd always done. All I got were blank screens. I then received a "Final Notice" to pay.

Following the link from my email, I found that a new site then went online. I tried to log-on. After quite a few tries I managed to get through to the payment gateway, but my payment failed two times (I have money in the C-Card and typed in the correct - separate - OTPs I received).

The displayed feedback link is not working, either, I extracted the team's email addresses manually, and emailed. Nothing.
