No TV, No TV License

The SABC handed my account over to a company called MDB to get me to pay my outstanding TV License Fees.

The problem is that i left my TV with my ex 4 years ago and thus stopped paying the TV license(I no longer own a TV, so why pay?). I informed SABC via email and phone call that I no longer have a TV and all attempts to find out how I can cancel my TV license was met with silence.

Now, 4 years later, I get spam mail and SMS's from MBD on an allmost daily basis requesting that I pay. I have responded via email to each one of these messages, requesting that they let me know how i can cancel my TV license. They have not responded to a single email.

I will not pay a TV license for a TV i do not own and the guys at MDB and SABC will not give me answers.

I tried to go to cntact sabc on the SABC website prior to writing this review. The website was unresponsive. How do get these guys to cancel my TV License?
