No tv licences for photos

As some people know sabc wants people to pay tv licences for your phone. If you have a signal u must pay but as far as i know everyone is already paying for signal. If one has a simcard and u buy data to get signal that means u paying for that signal so how does the sabc want u to pay twice for signal data is already so expensive in south Africa if they want money for signal they need to sort it out with mtn, vodacom ,cellc . Even Netflix we are already paying for there signal. Sabc leave the public out of your own downfall if u had better shows on tv maybe people would watch your channels and pay for it
