No Response to numerous EMails

Despite 3 emails to ********** regarding a concessionary licence application - I am now 70 and know that the licence fee is less, I have had not one reply. They acknowledge that they have received my emails but never bother to respond. Very poor service. No wonder they are in such a serious situation
