No response to my cancellation request

I have sent numerous emails (19/10/2015 & 13/11/2015) requesting instructions on how to go about cancelling my tv licence and providing details (we are merging households).<br> <br> I received a read receipt, however no one has bothered to respond.<br> <br> Please instruct me on how to go about cancelling my tv licence.
