NO RESPONSE TO CONCESSIONARY TV LIC APPLICATION

On 25 Feb 2016 I sent an email to SABC to apply for a Concessionary Domestic TV Licence which I qualify for as I receive an Older Persons Grant from SASSA. I attached a copy of the Letter of Approval from SASSA together with a copy of my ID Document. To date I have not received an acknowledgement or reply from SABC even though I followed up with 3 further emails on 29 Feb, 9 & 10 March 2016 and left a message on their \Contact Us\" page of their website. As a licence holder for MANY YEARS I have paid my licence faithfully every year, if they check my account they will see that I have an excellent record of payment. Please SABC let's get this matter settled ASAP!! Your kind attention to my request and a reply would be much appreciated.<br> "
