no response ot my communication

My son, Mr. Trevor Swart, TV Licence No, *** requested cancellation with affidavit for termination, 1st submission been on 26/05/15 and 8 subsequent occasions. To date we have received no confirmation of cancellation of this licence and have subsequently received a renewal notice. <br> Since my son is no longer a resident in RSA, I am handling the matter on his behalf.
