NO RESPONSE FOR INFORMATION
I wish to dispose of my TV and cancel my TV license. I have sent 8 e-mails to the [Email Removed] to obtain advice and also get the pro forma affidavit that I need to complete for them. <br> <br> Please could you e-mail me a pro-forma affidavit for completion as I am disposing of my TV set and will no longer need a license. Kindly also advise what other steps I need to take if necessary.<br> <br> <br> Thank you kindly,<br> Gary<br>
