NO REPLY

I am trying to cancel my TV licence. The emails I send to SABC are unanswered. I have been sending emails since 9 December 2017. Why do they not respond to one of my emails? I have tried all the email addresses I can find on their website, and I respond to the final demand notice they keep sending me. They say I must respond to that email if I have a query!
