No Invoice

I have had huge troubles with my TV licence. Last year I was taken to the debt collectors as I did not pay. I was assured my address was corrected on the system (yet it is not), yet I have not received an invoice or any proof that I have a TV licence and have once again been handed over. I have submitted request on the SABC website enquirer option and have never heard back from anyone. <br> <br> Not to mention that your online payment portal has never worked for me. <br> <br> Please can I have an invoice, and can someone contact me to change my details, I have also since changed my name- so this might be a useful exercise.
