no integrity

Am so tired of tv licence not responding to my emails. i told their debt collector that i don't own any tv from 2014 so why should i pay their licence and they couldn't answer. and again i told them that my mother have tv licence and i do have it too and we are living in the same house and TV License regulation says one licence per one house their collector fails to clarify on the matter. can someone please help me to deregister either my mom or myself from SABC tv licence Acc ********** 77 cellphone ********** 721
