No help at all

<p>I have been getting two sms's from TV Licence saying:''Your arrear SABC TV Licence account was handed over to MBD. Please call (011) ********** urgently to make payment arrangements. Acc:#########''</p> <p> </p> <p>Firstly I did day my Tv Licence and second whenever I try calling the number then it rings one time and then cuts me off. How do they want me to talk to them and explain if there is ****all people answering the phones.</p> <p> </p> <p>Plenty of people doesnt even have TV Licences and when does the SABC go around the houses asking for the tv licence any way...bunch of lazy idiots who just want money.</p>
