Since Oct 2014 i correspond with the SABC to cancel my tv licence and issue one in my wive name because she turned 70 and qualified for the R74 concession they did not rep****. During August 2015 i received an sms to up. I phone them and they made an arrangement that i must pay R217 for 4 months.I then complete a forms on there web side asking a explanation how the amount is made up.No come back. I than wrote a letter to Mrs Sylvia Tladi chief of the department and fax it to her.Up to now i did-not received any feedback.I did not know were i can go to receive any service.This is really a bad situation.
