No communication
<p>Lasy year I did not receive a statement of account for payment. The result was that I forgot to pay. We received no communication since then to remind us to pay. Now we have been handed over to a collection agency and incurred penalties. The penalties is also more than the monthly fee. Is this how you treat your costumers? Even a phone call would have been appreciated. Just nothing. Also your "customer service needs improvement. I called and was on the line for 12 minutes with no resolution. Absolutely pathetic.</p>

We, the customers, expect timely replies to our messages! Also your websites is just for show, as I complained there as well with no reply. Please wake up!

This has been outstanding for months and I DID NOT KNOW! Also your website is a broken mess, the CONTACT US link is not working. You are a bunch of *********** idiots. WHY DID I NOT RECEIVE A STATEMENT LAST YEAR FOR PAYMENT, THEN I WOULD HAVE PAID. NOW I HAVE PENALTIES. ARE YOU SO DESPERATE FOR MONEY?? i HAD NO COMMUNICATION THAT I OWE MONEY!
