My TV Licence got lost in FNB when they made a cop of my identity number as it was in my ID..

I lost my TV Licence in FNB 3 years ago and i did let them know that i lost it, i did not open a case or reported it now i owe them and my licence was up to date can they check who bought a television using my TV licence and deal with that person accordingly, They can check wher and when television was purchased. Than we can take it from there. Please investigate and get back to me.
