MY TV IS FOR GAMING PURPOSE ONLY, NOT WATCHING TV

Hi<br> <br> I bought a LG plasma TV about a year ago and took out a TV licence because I was forced to if I wanted to purchase a TV. Fair enough... Now I got an account a year ago of R265.00 because I haven't cancelled it by then... So that I guessed was also my mistake... or was it? So I decided I will pay the R265.00 for the second time so that I can cancel it because reason 1: It is for purely gaming and pc purposes because shops doesn't stock plasma's for pc's that is as big, 2 because my plasma is not connected to any TV outlet... <br> <br> I send SABC an email last week and there has been no response yet... So how do I go about to cancel it? By logical thinking, I PAYED for it and it is MINE!!! I am not using SABC's services but I am forced to pay for it... I even called SABC's offices and I am basically forced to pay for something I do not use. R265.00 doesn't seem allot but to me it is considering my current income!
