My legal right to cancel

<p>Ref Lic numbers ********** 23 & ********** 67.</p> <p>I have been trying to cancel 2x TV licenses since January.</p> <p>Both TV's were ****** in Sept last year.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have filled in affidavits which clearly state the Police case number & have sent the cancellation requests 4 times since then to no avail.</p> <p>My mails are continuously ignored & I am still receiving sms's threatening me with legal action!</p> <p>The latest sms states it is my legal obigation to pay my license which is renewable soon!!</p> <p>BUT IT IS MY LEGAL RIGHT TO CANCEL TV LICENSES IF I DO NOT OWN TV'S.</p> <p> </p> <p>From other complaints on this site - it looks as though no-one can cancel...</p> <p>Who receives the requests at ********** <p>Are they earning their salary by spending their days deleting incoming mails?!?!?</p> <p> </p> <p>The SABC needs to pull themsemves together instead of wasting time on sending pointless threats.</p>
