MBDCS RECORDS 5 YEARS OLD.

I still get SENT TO MY PHONE ... WRONG NUMBER WRONG NAME WRONG LIC ... that I [wrong] owe for TV lic ... sick of this ... going on for 4 years ... often complained to MBDCS [***] ... no change .. they don't care as they get income from having outstandings on their books I guess ... why should they change incorrect data thus ... they just keep sending sms ...
