Made payment with ref no and they never allocated

I used to pay my tv licence at Makro I since now tried to pay it at Pnp now they took my money R175...however they not recognising the payment...the call centre keep asking me for more funds but i told them unless they take if the fcn paymemt im not paying more...They just dont get it even mailed them the slip...please someone help them
