LOTS OF INFO REQUESTED BUT NO RESULTS JUST THREATS

The Comp I wkd for closed 4 yrs ago. I sold my TV & more. I notified SABC of the cancell in writing. We had a computer crash and request the cancell as proof. We spoke to Snr Mng (details we hv) who assured us it wud be fine as they will contact us shud there be a problem. 4 yrs later we rcvd a sms that the original amt of R375 is R282. We sent SABC and SSDA tons of correspdce which they requested. Then SABC asked us to submit an affidavit cfm I do not own a tv as I stay with family. Soon after, we rcvd mail from SSDA asking the buyer, name etc of TV , but that we wud still owe the amt of R2825.They just ignore it and said I still owe it. I was unable to deal with this then coz of no phone and looking for work at the time &that's why the sms always came to her ph. My current work is demanding, hence we requested mandate for my mom to handle as she orig knew the situation.However, I can make arr with spec times and dates. A few weeks ago a consultant at the SSDA requested again mandate letter from me to appoint my mom, and we did and they ignored it. I have no credit record , hard as that was and now they threatening to list me in 5 days time after all the info was sent.
