Living permanently abroad, yey being harassed to pay TV Licence?

I have paid my TV licence, all of my adult life, even during the period 2015 to 2022 when I had no cable/dish/box to be able to get signal and due to the poor quality of SABC TV... absolutely no desire to watch any of it's programmes! In January 2022, I paid my 2022 licence fee, then in April terminated my service on-line (keeping all my records) as I was emigrating to France. I donated my TV screen to a school which was opening up in Riebeek West (free of course). Since then I have been hounded and harassed by abusive, bullying mails and texts from TV Renewals, licensing, and the "legal department" debt collectors. I was required to do an affidavit at the local French Gendarmerie (they couldn't believe it) had to present airline tickets, passports, proof of accomodation in France, inventory when relocating and more. How many people are involved at what REAL cost to SABC to try and ***** an ever increasing amount of money from me. Once you start to pay for SABC, they NEVER let you go, no matter what proof or valid reason you provide them with. They don't communicate between their departments because they don't want to stop your meagre payment as it gives them a way to justify their jobs. These otherwise useless, greedy individuals represent an organization which obviously bullies people into the afterlife, so that it too can continue, when it should already have been relegated to the ******* bin many, many years ago.
