License renewal notice

<p>Mr SABC, thanks for your poor administartion. You cannot send out early license3 renewal notices, nor do you send out licenses after payment, yet you are super fast in handing a person over for non paymernt. Maybe you shouod step down as you cannot manage the SABC to the satisfaction of the screen viewers. Shame that you cannot serve your country and its people, but rather try to be in a position of control. You do not control the people. We pay your salary.</p>
