Licence Payment

<p>This year no licence renewal was received by me - hence I paid late and to my horror I noticed that I had been debited with a penalty of R26.50 for June and another R26.50 for July. I have writted about 5 emails requesting this to be reversed as this equates to about 100% in charges. No reply has been received despite thse numerous requests - noting short of pathetic service.</p>
