Licence cancelled and still billing

i have cancelled my licence 8 times already i have faxed the page to sabc sea point many time, with them saying they will contact me back , today i receive a phone call from the lawyers saying my account needs to be paid i cancelled this licence in 2013 , was harassed in 2014 now in 2015<br> <br> this is unacceptable and will not accept this <br> <br> are these people not capable of doing what needs to be done<br> <br> i want this licence cancelled and the so called monies that i owe to sabc removed from my name
