Licence

I paid my TV licence in 2015 and skipped 2016 - I subsequently received an sms to say my account had been handed over for non payment in 2014 - why did they not let me know then - why wait until 2017 to let me know - how come SABC charges 10% interest per month!!! I feel they do not treat one fairly - no correspondence was received from them n 2015 even after I paid my licence - I would like this amount written off as I feel I am been targeted not due to me but to them not contacting me - thanks Liz
