Lets keep calling customers and hang up

Sabc vvm attorneys keep on calling me and my mother as they want payment for a tv lisence which we asked several times should be cancelled. They always say sorry for the inconveniance and it will be done. It has been a very long time now and still it is not sorted. My husband owns a television and pays our lisence. Why should my mother pay a tv license if she does not even own a tv?? <br> They want over R2000 for something that my mother does not even own. Come on this is crazy!!!!
