Late Penalties for What??
I have been paying my TV licence monthly (R28 )for almost 2 years via EFT before the 1st - In 2015 late payment penalties was added to my account and then reversed. - I see now in 2016 that new penalties have been added to my account again- I need to know why this is as I pay every month on time.<br> <br> I spoke to your call centre and was advised that I need to make arrangements to pay monthly- I dont see why as I am not in arrears. No one has told me this before and neither does your website state this. Call centre guy is blowing hot air.<br> <br> I want the penalties removed and a new statement sent to me so I can settle the correct balance.
