lack of communication

I am not happy with the level of communication, I was told to pay a certain amount each and every year Dec. 1. Never got an email with their T&C 2. Never got any communication with their yearly increase of the instalment 3. They have the guts to call and tell.me I owe R90.00 like really??? 4. Never got a contract with SABC I don't even know where or how to cancel coz I don't have a TV it was ****** long time ago...

How do I resolve this outstanding balance they say I have whereas I know I have paid what was required from me... SABC TV licence must fall, their service is ***.
