A big shoutout to Kgomotso who is working in the call centre of the SABC TV licence department. I paid my licence through the SABC link that was provided, but it did not reflect on my account as paid. After several calls, without success, I ended with Kgomotso. She emailed me, keep me updated and sort out the problem within a few days. Thank you so much for your professionalism and dedication in sorting out my problem.
