Issued with fines becuase they cannot update info

Good Day, Since June 2015 I have tried numerous times to update my debit order details. Every time I receive confirmation from SABC that this has been done just for the debit order not to be deducted. Now I have numerous fines and penalties on my account for unsuccessful debit orders and my account being in arrears. I will not be held accountable for these amounts as the error is on your side, not mine. I have confirmation emails dating back to June from SABC on this matter. Please contact me so that this matter can be resolved!!<br> <br> Note that I have made numerous calls and sent emails, but I am still being harassed by emails and sms's. I will not be responsible for these Amounts!!!!
