Inept, aggressive and unpleasant organisation

Such an inept, aggressive and unpleasant organisation. Apparently I was handed over to debt collectors even though I have had no notifications, invoices or statements. This is how things are done it seems. Now being hounded by a ravenous hoard of money grabbers threatening me with all manner of things even though the amount outstanding has been settled. I can't see why the SABC which is on an extremely slippery slope can't make customer delight a priority. There won't be much to save them soon, but in the meantime they are intent on making everyone's life miserable.
