Incorrect reference used

I’ve sent several emails but 12 months later I never got the reply. I am Tebogo , I paid my mother s TV license on 16.11.2022 but I’ve used the incorrect reference number. I’ve sent proof of payment and asking for transfer the payment but not sure what to do anymore. Or perhaps you should stop sending sms to the old lady demanding payment since you can’t do your job properly.
