INCORRECT BILLING

Good day,I'm a SABC Tv License payer ,my TV LIcence number: ********** 07,on the 01/04/2017 I paid R130.00 and the other R130.00 on the 30/04/2017 as my yearly fees even send proof of payment to TV license client services and MDB Attorneys,to my surprised I received a message claiming I owe R682.00,I'm incorrectly billed and no one is willing to rectify that,how do the expect me to continue paying while I get poor service.I only owe for this year until someone take responsibility I wont honour my obligations.
