I have been trying to sort out this tv license story for almost 2years now. My mother took out the tv license when she bought her tv on my ID. I am no longer even living with my mother and we do not even own a tv or watch tv but im getting messages to pay this. In december i got tired an arraged to pay it when it was 500 and something rand. VVM debt collectors called and i advised them i have paid it... till now i have not heard anything i have sent them proof of payment and when i check the balance online it still shows i owe almost 900. I then got a phone call from a different collection agency an i told them ive paid so tbey advised they will put the account on hold which hasnt been done. I am so tired of these people now. I dont want this thing on my name.
