I called tv lic to find out how to deal with a tv licence for a person who passed away.I was advised to go to the police station to make an affidavit that my father passed on and a copy of a death certificate so that they can be able to help by cancelling the tv licence.I did all that on the 10 September 2015 and I never received any feetback from them until I tried to contact them on the day I sent a complaint to you and I was told that they only retrieved the email I sent to them the very same day I wanted to find out how far was my query.The gentleman only known by the name Leroy is the one who told me about the email and that I will have to wait for another four to six week until I get the response from them
