Incompetency at a new level

I have been batting for over three years to get my tv licence statement / invoice issued to me in my correct name with correct details. Despite providing these on numerous occasions to both the sabc direct as well as their numerous collection agents they have failed to provide same. I have, further, stated on numerous occasions i will settle all legitimate charges but not interest nor penalties due to their most basic failure to get my billing details correct. Upon escalating to one Jane Setkhalo to whom i was on one previous occasion put through to, and again through a former employee of my parents' daughter, i am still given the smug and arrogant response that their inability to get my details correct are no reason to reverse their draconian charges and penalties despite my offering to settle a portion but not the full amount, this on principal of nothing else. Their continued arrogance, blatant disregard for basic business practice, is a bitter pill to swallow when one considers one's monthly subscription to Multichoice for some sort of content. absolutely appalled at their attitude which resonates with an inept and morally ******* organisation well covered in the media.
