Incompetency

I received an sms stating that my TV Licence account is in arrears. I do not own a TV, and ignored it as I thought it was faulty. After getting a lot of the same messages I phoned to find out what was going on. <br> <br> Here I figured out that someone else took out a licence on my name. I sent though an affidavit, which was requested by SABC, stating that I do not own a TV. Now, according to their Debt Collectors I need to pay the account before they can transfer it to the other person's name. <br> <br> This is ridiculous. Why must I lose money because it is so easy to **********ly open an account on someone else's name. <br> <br> Absolutely ridiculous.<br>
