Inadequate service from TV license

Good day I'd actually like to review this a no stars!

I have requested from TV license for a full statement from the time the account was opened. It is very frustrating as I have to wait close to an hour first all to get through to someone, I have requested a good few times. I need to resolve this as it's been outstanding since 2011 and needs to be transfered over to the correct person. I have also requested for a settlement and no one has got back to me...the lady also mentioned it would take 48 hours.. Its now over 1 week and still nothing!

Very disgusted with this type of service!
