Improve your customer service

I recently moved abroad. I had to shift within a month so forgot to close my SABC TvLic. I have mailed you guys to close my account, but no response. Instead got handed over to debt collection. Debt collection increased 10% every month. That's a great way to make someone bankrupt by this ****ty system.
