Impatience

Today I made a call to follow up on my query and a lady by the name of Molebogeng answered my call and as I was explaining to her my reason for calling she jumped to conclucions before she could hear my query and then asked her to listen thereafter I was busy looking for the email which was sent to them on the 10 September 2015 so that we can be on the same page there she started telling me to hangup the phone and call again that's where I told her that im the one called and she insisted I hangup and she said when I call again I must ask for as she is knocking off at 18
