I'm visually impaired so I go to Checkers to pay my municipal bill

I'm visually impaired so I go to Checkers to pay my municipal bill. On 12 September I went to pay my municipal bill and thought all is in order. On the 13th I received sms from TV licence for payment. Only thereafter I realised the R1500 waa paid to TV licence. I contacted TV licence to explain my dilemma and told them to keep yearly subscription but refund the rest. When I was told to send proof of payment as well as proof of bank details. I never received acknowledgement and today when I phoned they say it takes 14 days. I don't have 14 days
