i really dont understand why am i taken to MBD

good day<br> i have a TV licence,funny part is i was not reminded to pay it,even to recieve a call from you.i just got the email from MBD which i dont understand why.if only i was called and ignore it i was goner understand.now i am treated like a *****.i am human i did forget about it because its a once off payment,but for you guys to hand me over to MBD without contacting me i really dont get it.please i need to know whats the procedure of you guys to take your client to MBD.
