I paid my SADC TV Licence Annual Subscription for 2018 and SADC TV LIcence are claimining I didn't pay them

My TV Licence Number : ********** 46 I have paid my SADC TV Licence Annual Subscription for 2018 with my credit card on the 28 April 2018. on the SADC website. Their website resetted and later when I make a follow-up with the SABC TV Licence - Call Centre was told they did not receive my payment. I as advice to go to the bank and get my credit card statement to allocated it accordingly. I got the statement on Monday 14 May 2018 and I sent to Mr. Avril Damons - Team leader (e-mail: ********** and ********** and Today I made another follow-up on my enquiry. Mr Avril Damons responded by saying "lease note that the payment has been allocated for 2017. The payment for 2018 of R265.00 is due by the end of May 2018". I know for a fact I don't owe the 2017 TV Licence and i tried to call Mr. A Damons and TV Licence Call Centre without success. I wrote an e-mail to Mr. A Damons and I even attached the acknowledgement e-mail I received last after paying my TV Licence .

SABC TV Licence department was falling us law abiding citizens and their team leader Mr. Avril Damons he is just useless!

I need resolutions to this dilemma!
